It's been a few months since we last heard from High Water Music emcee/ producer Willie Evans Jr. Today, he returns with a new instrumental, "Coffee Break." This would have been the perfect supplement for yesterday's Puerto Rican Day Parade, but whatever, it still works (check after the jump for Willie's words on it). Also, Willie speaks on his next album, Dumbtron, after the jump.

A while back I spent some time in New York sleeping on Sucio Smash's couch, before stepping out to be a productive citizen he'll leave a stack of records for me to make beats with. This joint, along with a few others sonically encapsulates my experience staying in the Bronx.
