The Round-Up returns with a reloaded sequence of the week's most essential feels and frequencies

Happy Friday, folks. Welcome to another installment of Okayplayer's weekly playlist series.

Ton of winners in this seven-day stretch. Perhaps most notably: Donald Glover and the Atlanta team's Emmy nominations, paired with a couple of surprise seasonal suites under his soon-to-retire Childish Gambino moniker. And with just a week left until the release of their new album Hive Mind, The Internet graced us with yet another choice funk-forward offering in "La Di Da." Oh, and Lil Uzi Vert finally released "Wasted," a collaborative trap anthem with Juice WRLD, sure to rule summer radio dials.

While Dirty Projectors take the week's "Must-Hear Full-Length" slot with Lamp Lit Prose (featuring Amber Mark, Empress Of, Rostam and more,) the singles conquered, as they tend to. Recent Terrible Records signee Toast share a wistful, kush-crazed, dance-floor number. Unsung alt-r&b stalworth Benny Sings delivers a batch of half-baked demos and outtakes. Zack Villere mediates on existential pacing with a pair of dizzying folk experiments. YBN Cordae, Denzel Curry, Rich The Kid, and Chief Keef, round out the week with requisite trap transmissions.
