Why is it everytime I'm by Washington Square Park all I get are people tryna sell me dirt weed, lost tourists asking for directions and a series of kids coming dangerously close to making contact with my dunks on their skateboard and/or rollerblades. Yet for these fortunate few who happened to be in the area for the latest edition of Elle in The City, they're treated to a live performance of the beautiful young songstress' second single, "Refill."Elle goes on to speak about how her life changed since the release of the song.
