Kanye West To Release 3-Hour Spoken Word Record...? Or Not.

Lenny Kravitz, Grace Jones, Lauryn Hill, Lion Babe, Thundercat, SZA & More Rock The Afropunk Festival 2015 in Brooklyn, NY.

UPDATE: False alarm? After speaking with some of our sources in Kanye's team, we are told off the record that this 3 hour spoken-word album is not a real thing--and they don't know where The Sun got their info. They do play by different rules in the UK but seems like a hell of a troll, so we'll keep you posted as any new info comes our way.

Yeezus Henry Christ. Kanye West is reportedly planning to release a 3-hour long spoken word album as his next drop. You read that correctly folks, and we hope you're not surprised. Even though it was previously reported that anyone from Q-Tip to James Blake to No I.D. would be featured on his next album, Ye is apparently going straight dolo on this one, discussing his (strong) views on the environment, corporal punishment, the economy and so much more in one --probably not all that-- comprehensive 3-hour rant.

Thats right y'all, Yeezy's sick of merely giving away the best social, political and consumer commentary this side of Marx. Its time to pay up. No more freebies fam. On top of the 3 hour spoken-word record, Ye's apparently planning a 24 release that allows his disciples to hear his good word round the clock ad nauseam. In all seriousness, we really don't know all that much about this project yet, particularly as to whether it replaces the Q-Tip produced effort of rumors past, but you can be sure we'll have more on the "album" as details unfold.
