Kanye West's Calabasas, California studio was reportedly robbed of $20,000 worth of equipment early last week. According to TMZ, law enforcement officers were called to the location on Tuesday for a burglary that occurred the night before. The thief pried open the door of the facility and stole "laptop and desktop computers totaling around $20K." A source close to Ye told the outlet that the stolen gear has already been replaced. Music and sensitive data have not been compromised because the machines were protected by "heavy-duty tech security" software. TMZ reports that law enforcement has yet to name a suspect, but sources inside Kanye's camp believe the robbery was an inside job.
