The comedy legend also confirmed Coming to America 2 has wrapped filming.

Gearing up for a highly-anticipated return to Saturday Night Live, Eddie Murphy joined Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show for a bit of a warm-up.

On last night's episode, Murphy began with a debunking session, dispelling rumors of turning down a role in Ghostbusters (a scheduling conflict,) detailing the time his personal chef stole a hub cap off of Prince's car (reclaimed by The Purple One himself,) and an unintentionally intense dinner with Marlon Brando (Don Corleone has a strange way of expressing his admiration.)

Moving on to more timely matters, Murphy revealed that filming had wrapped on his Coming to America sequel. But before leaving the stage, the comedy legend confirmed that there would be no leather suits in tonight's return to Studio 8H. Murphy claims he's no longer in possession of either of the iconic leather getups from his legendary comedy specials. Though he was unsure of where the purple Raw suit landed, Murphy was able to pinpoint the destruction of the red Delirious outfit to longtime friend and fellow comedy hero, Keenen Ivory Wayans, who Murphy dared to don the suit for a night out on the town (apparently as Frenchie from In Living Color.) Wayans survived (and even landed a number or two,) but the suit wasn't as lucky.
