Best Videos To Drop Last Week: J. Cole, JID, Rico Nasty & More

Dreamville's "Stick" video makes us believe in the art of music videos again. It's a standout that stars J. Cole, JID, and Kenny Mason.

J. Cole, JID, and a few others leave it all on the table with their cinematic video for "Stick."

Saucy Santana releases a video for his new single "Booty" featuring Latto.

And Rico Nasty shares a clip for "Blow Me" from her new album Las Ruinas.

JID, J. Cole, Kenny Mason, Sheck Wes – “Stick”

Directors Onda and Waboosh managed to match the energy of "Stick" one of the most compelling tracks to release in 2021. Shot while acts were touring and also on location over the course of 45 days this pick is fiery. B-roll consisting of tour stops blends extremely well with one-off camera close-ups with J. Cole, JID, and also Sheck Wes.

Mozzy, YG, 2Chainz, Saweetie – “In My Face”

Fresh off the release of his new album, Survivor's Guilt, Mozzy unveils the video for "In My Face." YG, 2Chainz and Saweetie assist and provide a burst of energy to the track. One of our favorite moments in the video is Saweetie who blacks over the very Cali beat that features heavy 808s. Also, the non-stop house party was a nice touch for this one.

Rico Nasty – “Blow Me”

Outfitted in pieces by Givenchy, Rick Owens and more, Rico Nasty reveals the latest video off of her new album Las Ruinas. The world is her runway. Shot by Marco Alexander, the visual aligns with the playful nature that Rico evokes.

Saucy Santana, Latto – “Booty”

We don't take it lightly that Saucy Santana, originally from Tallahassee, Florida received the rights to Beyonce's "Crazy In Love" for his latest "Booty." The beginning of the clip directed by Jake Wilson pays homage to Bey. Then, Santana whose been experiencing one hell of a year steals the spotlight and lowkey gives us a taste of what could be a contender for song of the summer. The block party-themed video is fitting. Latto pops up and drops off a verse too!

Future – “Love You Better”

Future has gone full toxic king on us. In "Love You Better" he enlists Shannon Thornton, star of the hit show P-Valley to play his love interest. Nathan Scherrer, the director did a phenomenal job with world-building. Viewers are taken through the motions as Future watches firsthand as Shannon falls in love with another person.
