With the arrival of his surprise 2016 release untitled unmastered, Kendrick Lamar left just as many questions open as answered. Eventually, we'd learn through various interviews, and untitled unmastered itself, that those seemingly tailor-made late-night TV experiences were merely glimpses into the alchemy being wielded behind the studio veil by some of TPAB's principal players. And while careful ears should be able to place those precise players in untitled unmastered's fold, an official list of the album's credits was not available for listeners to fact-check their guesstimates.
