If the name Zumo Kollie looks familiar to you, then you’ve be been reading these pages for a minute now. About 3 years ago, Zumo made an OKP appearance when they homie K-Salaam sent me a cut featuring the then completely unknown emcee ripping one of his and Beatnick’s beats. The Providence, Rhode Island emcee has made some strides since then, and is now readying the release of his EP, You’re A Good Sport Zumo Kollie. Shot on super 16mm film, live from Brooklyn (and lower Manhattan) watch young Zumo go in with this new banger, “Park Day.” Dude is most definitely back on my radar. Video directed by Travis Satten.
