Earlier this morning, news broke of an upcoming project from Blu & MED, The Burgundy EP. The two emcees will be going in over all Madlib beats (sans one track produced by Georgia Anne Muldrow). The EP will include 4 vocal tracks and a few acapellas and instrumentals on a fittingly burgundy colored vinyl. The EP is set to drop on February 19th via MED's Bang Ya Head imprint (tracklist after the jump). A few song titles will appear familiar as track #1 appeared on that ever-elusive Blu x Madlib UCLA project, and the original version of track #3 was on MED's Bang Ya Head 3. These two are pretty much incapable of making wack music when they hook up, so let's hope there's more to come.
