Audio: BJ The Chicago Kid “His Pain” feat. Kendrick Lamar

I’ve been a strong supporter of BJ the Chicago Kid since I first heard dude rockin’ with Diz Gibran years ago, and he’s had many great solo songs and guest features since then. However, this new joint with Kendrick Lamar really takes things to another level for me. The song is called “His Pain,” and in their own ways K.dot and BJ express just that perfectly over Sounwave‘s production (the rawness of Kendrick’s voice makes it all the more real). BJ’s new project, Pineapple Now-Laters, will be out on Valentine’s Day (Feb 14th).
