Watch Rhymefest Rate New And Old Kanye West Bars

The fellow Chicago rapper isn't a fan of the new Kanye.

Rhymefest recently appeared on BET's "Rate The Bars" segment, where the Chicago rapper rated bars from fellow Chi-Town artists such as Lil Reese, G Herbo, Lupe Fiasco and, of course, Kanye West.

During the segment, Rhymefest was given two Kanye bars to rate: one from "Jesus Walks" and another from "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1."

The former lyrics were:

"They be asking us questions, harass, and arrest us / Saying 'We eat pieces of shit like you for breakfast!' / Huh! Y'all eat pieces of shit? What's the basis? / We ain't goin' nowhere, but got suits and cases."

For the former, he gave it a five out of five and said:

"That shit's profound...Music is about feeling and emotion so sometimes people ride with the beat and whatever the beat do that's what we saying. But I do think it's possible to have good writing in rhythm."

However, the rapper didn't offer the same praise for the latter, where he rated the following lyrics:

"Now, if I fuck this model / And she just bleached her asshole / And I get bleach on my T-shirt / I'ma feel like an asshole."

"When I first heard this lyric I said 'Huh? What that mean? What you talking about?" Rhymefest said on the line, which he gave a zero out of zero rating to. "...That's all vanity, that's no humanity. This right here, this was the beginning. And this is when I took an airplane and went home and said 'Fuck it.'"

The video comes a few weeks after Rhymefest revealed that West wasn't supporting Donda's House charity.
