Your Old Droog Preps For Live Debut With New Single "Sleepers"

Your Old Droog has been messing with minds since his eerily familiar cadence and delivery landed on an album that the blogosphere swore (albeit for approximately 15 minutes) was some alternate persona of Nas or The Game or some inexplicable synthesis of the two. Today we're graced with yet another murky offering in "Sleepers" from the now (all but) confirmed Coney Island wordsmith, who's been stirring up such a fuss over these past few months. These tactful, shockingly well-composed lines find themselves landing flush against a brooding Larry Fisherman (Mac Miller) production.

Droog will be making his live and direct debut in just a few weeks, hitting Webster Hall's The Studio on September 3rd, hopefully putting to rest the hearsay and establishing himself as his own well-oiled rhymesaying machine. Until then, y'all will just have to keep biting those nails and maybe give his free EP a few more listens before you cop tickets by clicking the link below. You can stream the latest offering from Your Old Droog just after the link. Stay tuned, as there's no telling what or who we'll get out of the youngin' next.  Listen to "Sleepers" below.
