Trigger warning: sexual assault.

Update: CNN has seen the tape.

According to the news outlet, it features a man who seems to be R. Kelly performing various sex acts on a girl. It’s not clear how old either party is, but both people can be heard referring to her body part as “14-year-old pussy.” At another point, the man urinates on the girl, an act  that occurred in the previous alleged R. The report, which was written by veteran journalist Jim DeRogatis — who has been on this case for 20 years — says that prosecutors are ready to indict after they got their hands on a new video. The video allegedly shows Kelly sexually assaulting an underage girl. (The details of the tape were verified by a senior law enforcement official and two other sources.)

In 2002, Kelly was indicted in Illinois on child pornography charges after a tape of him allegedly engaging in sexual acts with a teenager became widely available. He was acquitted of those charges in 2008.

This news follows a tweet released by lawyer Michael Avenatti this morning (February 14th). In the tweet, Avenatti says that he has in his possession a 45-minute videotape that shows R. Kelly with an underage girl.

Avenatti also said the tape had previously been undiscovered.
