Kelela’s debut album is getting a new twist

On October 6th, Kelela will release a new version of her 2016 debut album, Take Me Apart. This new version, called TAKE ME A_PART, THE REMIXES, will feature new remixes and interpretations of songs from the album.

Earlier in the month, Kelela released a fantastic remix of “LMK,” featuring Princess Nokia, CupcakKe, Junglepussy, and Ms. Boogie. On Wednesday, September 26th, Kelela released the latest remix from the project. This time it’s for the song “Waitin’.”

The remix to “Waitin'” was produced by Kaytranada who gives new life to track.
