Snoop Dogg Plays Uncensored Song At NHL All-Star Skills Competition
Snoop Dogg has been in the game for nearly 25 years, and he's successfully crossed over into mainstream consciousness better than just about anyone. So you'd think that the rap iconwould have some clean versions in the stash.
But this weekend, Snoop was either unprepared or wanted to get a rise out of the audience and TV viewers.
The NHL enlisted Snoop to DJ before the All-Star Skills Competition, and Snoop played the original version of his Dr. Dre collab "The Next Episode" - in all its uncensored, f-bomb and n-word-pelting glory.

It's one thing to see someone say a curse word on network TV; it's another to hear it blaring from the speakers of a family-friendly stadium. It was similar to how some sports video games allow players to install music from their own collection into the game.
Of course, Twitter was full of laughs and angry viewers alike. NBCSN commentators apologized for the inappropriate language, but the damage was already done.
