Snoop Dogg and DāM-FunK take the stage on Conan for a live performance of "Faden Away" - the lead single from their self-titled 7 Days Of Funk LP, which drops today via Stones Throw. Snoop and DāM-FunK rep properly for the west coast in the latest of their recent string of late night performances. This performance of the laid back track followed Snoop's interview with Conan where he presented him with a few goodies.
