On Wednesday, Action Bronson premiered the first episode of the fifth season of his (now-independent) culinary show F-ck, That’s Delicious. The episode follows Bronson through a normal day at his local gym, Impact Zone in Norwood, New Jersey. In 2020, Bronson lost over 125 pounds at Impact. As a show of appreciation, he prepared his trainer Dave Paladino’s childhood favorite, stuffed calamari. Stream the full episode below.
Back in March, Bronson announced the forthcoming release of his third book, F-ck It, I’ll Start Tomorrow, a book that’s been in the works for two years. The book follows his weight loss journey of the past year, and everything he’s learned along the way regarding food addiction, weight, and the journey to self-acceptance.
“The reason I did the book in the first place was just so I could parlay another cookbook,” he explained on Instagram. “What I didn’t realize was that this was the catalyst that made me look within myself and take some serious actions to fix the years of damage self-inflicted. Had no good intentions while making this book but somehow became this beacon of hope unintentional. But meant to be.” The book is available via ABRAMS on April 20th.
In Season 5 of the show, Bronson shows viewers surfing expeditions and his favorite New York bagel and pizza spots, as well as his new workout partner, CC Sabathia.
Action Bronson’s Only for Dolphins is currently available on all major digital streaming platforms.
