UPDATE: Nipsey Hussle's immediate family members have been granted guardianship of the rapper's daughter Emani.

TMZ reports that the child's mother was deemed unfit. Additionally, the court "said Nipsey's family provided sufficient evidence for their petition and as such... Nip's siblings -- Samantha Smith and Sam Asghedom -- and his mother, Angelique Smith -- have been appointed as Emani's guardians."

Lauren London has legally been granted the ability to manage the future finances of her three-year-old son with his late father, Nipsey Hussle. According to a report by TMZ, their son Kross Ermias Asghedom is set to inherit half of his dad's estate, $1 million.

TMZ has also shared that London had filed for guardianship over the estate back in July, about four months prior to Nipsey's fatal shooting in Los Angeles. Additionally, it's important to note that there was no legal dispute between London and Hussle's family over the estate. Complex reports that Nipsey's estate is being administered by his brother Blacc Sam.
