Tyler Watkins Davis, 49, is facing charges of malicious wounding in the incident. Davis was arrested by the Clay County Sheriff’s Department in Middleburg, Florida, and is currently being held in the county jail pending extradition to Charlottesville, according to WVIR NBC 29.

The incident took place on August 12, when Harris was attacked by a group of men in a parking garage. Aside from Davis, three other men have been arrested in connection to the attack: Michael Alex Ramos, Daniel Borden, and Jacob Scott Goodwin.

“I was brutally attacked by white supremacists in the parking garage right beside the Charlottesville Police Station,” Harris previously wrote of the encounter on a GoFundMe page to raise money for surgery he had to have. “I was chased and beat with metal poles. I was knocked unconscious repeatedly. Every time I went to stand up I was knocked back down…I was diagnosed with a concussion, an ulnar fracture, and had to receive eight staples in my head. I also have a laceration across my right eyebrow, abrasions on my knees & elbows, and a chipped tooth.”

A couple of months after the attack a warrant was issued Harris’ arrest, with a magistrate charging him with unlawful wounding in connection to the parking garage attack.
