Chet Faker has dropped the official video for “Gold” from his 12-track Built On Glass LP featuring synchronized quad skaters and direction from Hiro Murai. The footage for the track from his latest project revolutionizes the term “road trip” with three women skating a desolate highway on a summer night. The video – a cool, sultry clip with the potential to cause a resurgence in rollerskating – is the latest from Chet Faker ahead of his upcoming North American tour. The 18-stop trip kicks off on August 23rd in Los Angeles and hits stages in Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit, Vancouver, Portland, Mexico City and New York before wrapping in San Francisco on October 18th. Check the footage below to watch the official video for “Gold” from Chet Faker. Scroll down to check out his 2014 tour dates. Purchase the Built On Glass LP via iTunes. Stay tuned for more.
