It’s getting even realer. J. Cole dropped the track list for his upcoming album 4 Your Eyez Only via Twitter. The lean project will be ten tracks long. J. Cole’s last album was 2014 Forest Hill Drive, if you don’t count 2016’s Forest Hills Drive: Live or Dreamville Record‘s compilation album Revenge of the Dreamers II. 4 Your Eyez Only will be out on December 9th. Following the incredible and much talked about “double platinum with no features” status of 2014 Forest Hills Drive, many wondered if the same route would be taken with 4 Your Eyez Only. According to the track list, it looks like it. Will Cole be able to recreate his earlier success? Will Cole go triple platinum? Quadruple platinum? Diamond? Find out next time on Dragon Ball Z. A few days back Cole dropped some visuals documenting his time in the studio crafting the new album called Eyez. If you haven’t already you can check it out via Tidal. In addition to studio footage the documentary packed two music videos for the songs,”False Prophets” and “Everybody Dies,” with Cole firing some proverbial shots at rappers. DMV rapper Wale responded with the track “Groundhog Day.” You can listen to Wale’s response here. Head over to iTunes to grab the pre-order of 4 Your Eyez Only and peep the track list for the album below.
