Lizzo will be hitting the big screen soon.
The singer, rapper, and bop star is the latest to join the cast of STXfilms’ upcoming, Hustlers. The movie is based on the true story of New York City strippers involved in a Wall Street embezzlement scheme.
According to Deadline, Lizo is slated to make her live-action debut with the role. This follows her prior voiceover role in the forthcoming animated musical Uglydolls.
Lizzo, who joins Cardi B and Jennifer Lopez in the film, released her highly-anticipated debut album Cuz I Love You last week.

Directed by Lorene Scafari and produced by Will Ferrell, Hustlers also includes appearances from Keke Palmer, Constance Wu, and Julia Stiles.
It’s slated to premiere on September 13th.
