Gorillaz Announce ‘Reject False Icons’ Documentary Featuring Kelela & Danny Brown

The documentary is in theaters for one night only: Monday, December 16.

The band Gorillaz is releasing a documentary next month.

The group announced Gorillaz: Reject False Icons via Instagram Thursday morning [November 21.] Denholm Hewlett, son of comic creator and Gorillaz’ co-founder Jamie Hewlett, will direct the documentary. The film will focus on the making of (and corresponding tours surrounding) Humanz and The Now Now.

Additionally, featured documentary guests include Vince Staples, PUSHA-T, Danny Brown, and Kelela. Tickets will be available for purchase on November 27. Sign up for more updates at REJECTFALSEICONS.COM.
