Director Allen Hughes will direct a five-part docuseries about the late, great Tupac Shakur. According to Deadline, Hughes, who last directed HBO’s amazing The Defiant Ones docuseries, made a deal with the Shakur Estate that will allow him full access to all of Tupac’s released and unreleased material.
This means Hughes will be able to get his hands on recordings, writings, poetry, and other documents.
