Vanstaps into LA's scene to bring some of it's standout sonic sculptors for their free 5-track compilation EP What's Good. The Blessed Coast-based sneaker company took some time away from cutting classic footwear to line-up Dam-Funk, Hodgy Beats, Mr. Carmack, BATHS, Salva and Problem for a genre-busting tape that struts everything from the trap-tastic to boogie-based Funkmosphere type of treatments. Typically, big brand compilations don't quite hit the mark, but this here seems to be a clear outlier with the captain of the modern funk army leading the charge.
