Chicago rapper Towkio has been accused of rape.

The accusationspopped up on Sunday (January 6th) when Twitter user@ppperminttweetedout her story in a series of tweets.

Before the allegations went out, someone dug up this old tweet from Towkio (which has now been deleted:)

On Sunday night Towkio, who was once part of the SAVEMONEY crew alongside Chance The Rapper, Vic Mensa, and Joey Purp responded to the allegations. He says he did have a relationship with the woman, but that he did not rape her.
