President Barack Obama penned a good-bye letter to the United States of America. The letter, which was posted to Medium, was titled "Thank You." Obama wrote about his experiences as President and how it has transformed him into a "better man." Last week, President Obama gave his farewell address in Chicago, instead of the White House. Singer-songwriter BJ The Chicago Kid opened up the evening by singing the National Anthem. If you missed it, head here to watch. Obama's "Thank You" letter runs at about 400 words long and was hopeful in tone, despite the incoming President's consistently hateful rhetoric. Obama closed out the letter by writing:
