The Blast has reported that the restraining order detailed an incident on July 26, 2018, where she claims Wes "threatened to punch me in the face, headbutted me, told me he was going to 'hurt me.'" She also detailed an incident that took place recently, where she claimed Wes and 10 other men "orchestrated a plan to stalk me and viciously beat my boyfriend and our friends in front of me in public."
Wes has now been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Skye until a hearing next month.
This comes a week after Skye named Wes as her abuser on Twitter.
"You're pathetic...and all the people defending you, ya whole bitch ass label..everyone," Skye tweeted. "You spreading lies about me. Moral of the story is, if you never put your hands on me.. you wouldn’t be in this situation and you just keep making it worse."
"I’ve chosen to remain silent until now out of respect for actual victims of abuse. But I cannot stand by while lies are repeatedly told about me," Wes responded. "I never hit or beat any women and I did not beat up or jump anybody."
The two then went back and forth, with Skye sharing a video of Wes climbing over a fence while saying "Justine." The singer and actress claimed that the video stemmed from an incident where the rapper was coming to "attack" her.
