Gucci Mane is Planning on Turning His 2017 Autobiography into a Movie

Gucci life would make a crazy movie.

Last September, rapper Gucci Manereleased one of the better hip-hop books you'll ever read: The Autobiography of Gucci Mane.

Written with journalist Neil Martinez-Belkin, the book was a massive success, debuting at number four on The New York Times Bestseller list.

Now it might be time for a movie.

Interesting enough, The Autobiography of Gucci Mane was supposed to be a script.Speaking to Vulture about the book, Gucci said:

"I actually wanted to write a screenplay. While I was in prison my friend [Spring Breakers director] Harmony Korine was sending me books and telling me to write a screenplay. Then one day, my engineer told me that I should write a book."

Who should play Gucci Mane? Any suggestions?
