Danny Swain pays tribute to (his second favorite keboardist) Patrice Rushen with the "Don't Remind Me" instrumental - the first track he let loose for 2014, which samples "Remind Me" from her 1982 Straight From The Heart LP. The track from his forthcoming Dan-strumentals project will not only take you back to the original from Patrice Rushen, it also brings up memories of the multitudes of r&b and hip-hop tracks that sampled her recording during the 90's.
