White Boiz
I’ma hold out hope that Strong Arm Steady will put out another album with Madlib one day, and that Sa-Ra will soon reunite and bless us with some more of that outterwordly, space age, funk. Util then, I’m more than good with some White Boiz ish. Yes, Krondon and Shafiq have joined forces to form… White Boiz. The two will be releasing a new 14-track album, Neighborhood Wonderful on October 2nd via Stones Throw. Shafiq handles all the production, with Krondon's on the bars, with features from Thundercat, Anderson .Paak, Chace Infinite, and more. We get an intro to this new duo with these Eric Coleman directed visuals for the the LP cut, “Mothership Intro.” This clearly isn’t some gimmicky collaboration, go ahead and read Ronnie Reese’s awesome write up on the project, for further perspective.
