Golden Rules Strikes Hard w/ The Funk On "Down South Boogie"
Golden Rules first landed on our radar about a month ago when they released the very soulful, Yasiin Bey-assisted single "Never Die" to much critical acclaim. Then we realized that the duo was comprised Florida's southern slur specialist Eric Biddines and UK producer Paul White, and, well, it all became quite clear as to how they reached such an impeachable sound. Today the duo is back with another heaping dose of the funk on their latest single "Down South Boogie," which finds Biddines waxing ill, laid back poetic over a slick six-strung strut, which should hold you over until the release of their debut album Golden Ticket on Lex Records next month.
