Flying Lotus treated fans in D.C. to the unreleased Kendrick Lamar verse from his remix of the You're Dead LP standout "Eyes Above." Kendrick's brilliance is on full blast even in the less than stellar confines of a fan's cell phone recording. Though the Kendrick's contribution was eventually pulled for "political reasons", Flying Lotus has been kind enough to let his monstrous performance loose on tour. The "saber tooth, 80 proof", Kendrick makes quick work of the formidable production from FKA Twigs and Niki Randa and makes Flylo's sadness about having to drop the record without his verse completely understandable.
