Chance The Rapper liberates a short and seldom heard outtake from his time in-session with new roommate James Blake making their ill flip on James' "Life Round Here." Apparently a point contention, the verse --tentatively titled "Save Yourself First"--heard here was omitted from the final cut because allegedly "James didn't like this verse." In any case, the outtake features Chance in full croon over the meaty mid-song breakdown with James rocking the vocoder as a bit of accompaniment as the two harmonize over delicate pianos and swirling synthesizers. The two roomies are no doubt getting acquainted to sharing their creative spaces and if the byproduct continues to sound anything like this, we've got a lot to look forward to.
