One performance that certainly shook things up, however, was the reunion of Tyler and fellow Odd Future cohort, Earl Sweatshirt, as EarlWolf, their long-rumored, yet never delivered collaborative project. The performance took place during a half-hour slot that wasn't attributed to an artist on the bill, sparking rumors of a surprise Frank Ocean appearance. Instead, Tyler and Earl came through with member berries for those itching for some nostalgia, performing a few old Odd Future cuts and generally seeming to be enjoying themselves. You can watch the full performance down below.
Tyler The Creator is also gearing up to release a feature-length documentary charting the creation of his 2015 release, Cherry Bomb, which screened at the festival over the weekend. It's slated to officially arrive this January. Jump back and peep the trailer, featuring Pharrell, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Syd and more.
