This week’s new music Friday also features Remy Ma, Benny The Butcher, kwn, Coi Leray, Ravyn Lanae, Willow and Omarion.
We’re nearing the end of June, but Black Music Month 2026 has been one for the books. The BET Awards are closing things out on Sunday, June 28, but this entire month has seen landmark releases from Black artists in a variety of genres. This final Friday of the month, we’ve got some noteworthy albums and songs you can dig into.
The King is here! T.I. makes his return with his first studio album in six years, and Tip’s fellow Atlanta chart-topper Quavo drops his new track, as well. We get a wonderful duet from Steve Lacy and SZA. Not to be outdone, GloRilla teams up with Pooh Shiesty on her latest. After all that she’s been through, it’s great to hear new music from Muni Long.
The always-formidable Remy Ma is back with some new heat, and Benny The Butcher is dropping a mixtape to help hold fans over as he preps his upcoming release. We got new music from kwn and the latest album from Omarion.
On her new single, Coi Leray embraces her Puerto Rican roots; as Ravyn Lanae taps into classic R&B feels for her latest; and Willow continues to prove she doesn’t fit into anyone’s box. And we get two drops from Tyler, The Creator.

STEVE LACY FEAT. SZA - “IS IT COOL?”
After teasing a collaboration back in March, SZA teams with Steve for this standout track. A traditional duet that features both artists delivering lyrics about the ins and outs of love, it’s a perfect showcase for their effortless chemistry.
GLORILLA FEAT. POOH SHIESTY - “MANE”
Memphis comes together on this hard-hitting track. Produced by London Jae, Squat Beats, and B100, the record features both artists showcasing the kind of grit and cocky confidence that made their town famous.
MUNI LONG - “RICHEST”
Her new single is a heartfelt look at moving on in love while being honest about the impact of the past. After a harrowing health scare, the two-time Grammy winner drops her first new music of 2026.
QUAVO - “HAAVIN’”
The first single from his forthcoming album executive-produced by Pharrell Williams. The track first premiered as the opening song for Louis Vuitton's Spring-Summer 2027 Men's Show at Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris.
RAVYN LANAE - “SATURDAY NIGHT”
An infectious slice of electro-funk, produced by Dahi. Over an '80s-evoking sonic backdrop, Lanae reconnects with an old flame and faces the push-and-pull of that throwback fling.
COI LERAY FEAT. ELADIO CARRIÓN - “OUTSIDE”
A new summer anthem featuring Latin GRAMMY winner Carrión, it follows the success of "Better Than Yours," and blends Coi's rap roots with her Puerto Rican heritage, pairing the two artists on a record built for the season.
MAGLERA DOE BOY FEAT. FLVME - “YAHOO BOYZ”
The South African rap visionary drops his latest alongside FLVME. The new single launches his "Mondays in Maglera" series, featuring music, vlogs, and collaborations ahead of his next project.
DAVIDO - “I KNOW WHO I BE”
Produced by acclaimed South African hitmakers JAZZWRLD and GL_CeeJay, the track pairs anthemic lyricism with a high-energy bassline that permeates throughout, commanding an aura that's impossible to ignore.
TYLER, THE CREATOR - “THAT GUY”
Ahead of his forthcoming project, he drops two highly anticipated singles. The former is a rowdy slice of unapologetic West Coast swagger;
TYLER, THE CREATOR - “SAG HARBOR”
The second of his two singles, and the latter is the story of a vacation in the Hamptons.
WILLOW - “SHE’S MY RELIGION”
Inspired by and dedicated to the Divine Mother archetype, the singer-songwriter’s new single is a soulful, genre-bending track that serves as a precursor to her eighth studio album, The Thread, due out in July.
WALE & SMINO - “GLORY”
An exclusive Amazon Music video to celebrate Black Music Month, the new track finds both emcees celebrating and paying tribute to Black womanhood.
LUCKY DAYE - “NOWHERE FAST”
He just signed with Warner Records, and celebrated by dropping this brand new single. Produced by longtime collaborator D’Mile, the track flips Rihanna’s “Birthday Cake” and Boozie Badazz’s “Independent.”
ROME STREETZ - “HIGH SPEED”
Produced by 9th Wonder, the record finds Rome Streetz reflecting on the rewards of a life lived at full throttle. Fast cars, beautiful women, hard-earned success, and the freedom that comes from betting on yourself and winning.
KENYON DIXON - “NO JODECI”
A soulful R&B track by the singer-songwriter. Released under his #egoruinseverything campaign, the song features emotionally charged lyrics that tackle vulnerability, pride and letting go in relationships.
THE GAME FEAT. CALI DREAM - “LIKE FATHER, LIKE DAUGHTER”
The Cali rap vet teams with Cool & Dre, Travis Barker and his daughter, Cali, for this ode to fatherhood. A sweet moment and a great showcase for her talents alongside the veteran hitmakers on the track.
AKTHESAVIOR & LEON FANOURAKIS - “WHAT U WANT, MA”
The Brooklyn, New York-based rapper/producer and Beast Coast representative teams with Japanese artist Fanourakis for this standout track. A groove that sounds both timeless and futuristic, but this is the best kind of vibey music.
CZARFACE & FRANKIE PULITZER - “BROTHERS GRIMM”
Actor Tom Hardy goes by Frankie Pulitzer, aka "Face Puller," when he's in rapper mode–and he teams with Inspectah Deck, 7L & Esoteric for their upcoming collaborative album. You get a taste of what’s coming here.
AJ SUEDE - “WRAWNG”
The hip-hop iconoclast out of Seattle never seems to sit still creatively. His newest track finds him pushing his own sonic limits; another example of how creative his approach remains, and how his sonic hallmarks have worked to his advantage.
DIPLO & MAJOR LAZER FEAT. TOKISCHA - “PAPI”
A highly anticipated new track featuring Dominican superstar Tokischa. They’ve been teasing the track at shows and pop-ups across the globe, a kinetic groover that’s impossible to shake.
BOOTSY COLLINS FEAT. ERIC GALES - “MANIC DEPRESSION”
When you put an iconic bassist together with an iconic guitarist to cover an iconic song, the results are going to be impressive. Two musical titans team up on this new take on a Jimi Hendrix classic.
KARDINAL OFFISHALL - “WHERE THERE’S SMOKE”
The lead single for his album, Fire Starter Vol. 2: Everyday, sometimes… Classic-style boom bap with undeniable energy, he sounds inspired and like he’s ready to unleash something great.

BUBBA SPARXXX & SLEEPY BROWN - “KEEP IT TRU (LONG LIVE RICO WADE)”
Two of Georgia’s most accomplished names re-team to pay tribute to an ATL favorite son. The track is classic Organized Noize, as Sleepy and Bubba pay homage to the irreplaceable Rico Wade.
HOMEBOY SANDMAN & JACK SPLASH - “TWENTYFOURSEVEN”
The lead single and opening track from their collaborative album, Resonance Frequency, which is coming in July. The dynamic, soulful production is the perfect backdrop for Sandman's lyrical acrobatics.
KATORI WALKER - “GOING LEGIT”
The rapper from Pasadena has worn his influences on his sleeve, from Ice Cube to Kendrick Lamar. His new track is a showcase for his talents as a songwriter and for his ever-evolving approach to lyricism.
LIL MOSEY - “EVERY NIGHT”
His signature melodic flow is front and center. The rapper out of Seattle delivers his first major release of the year. The track serves as the lead single for his anticipated upcoming project.
BROOKE VALENTINE & MILES MINNICK - “DAY ONES”
Valentine has recently made headlines after signing with Miles Minnick's Glo label, and looks to be a breakout artist in the Christian format. An infectious track with an undeniably throwback feel and energy to spare.
HUS KINGPIN FEAT. MK ORTIZ - “THE STORY GOES”
Hus teams with the Spanish producer Ortiz for some new heat. The lyricist from Long Island has always played by his own rules, and his latest shows that his craft is only getting more fine-tuned with time.
JOELLE JAMES - “MY GIRLIES”
The award-winning songwriter is pushing forward with her own new music. James delivers this impossibly catchy new single, further showcasing that she has the goods to further her own career.
BOBBY V & KING KANJA - “CLOSER”
A beautiful song that combines the best of Afrobeats and R&B. Recorded in London, the track blends soulful vocals, infectious rhythms, and international vibes, creating a staple cross-cultural summer sound.
KURUPT & DJ BATTLECAT FEAT. CHARLIE BEREAL & SNOOP DOGG - “SNEAK ATACC”
The kind of West Coast collaboration the game needs every few months just for the shot of life it provides to everyone listening. Some of California's finest team up for this one. Banger.
HOODRICH PABLO JUAN - “FIRST ROUND DRAFT PICK”
He first teased the record by dropping the official video on NBA Draft Day. Featuring Traplord Slim3 and produced by Hoodrich Keem, the release taps into one of sports' biggest moments, using draft night as the perfect backdrop for Pablo's latest street anthem.
DIAMOND THE BODY - "I LIKE TO FIGHT"
She continues to build on the momentum that has made her one of the most talked-about emerging voices in hip-hop. The single serves as an anthem for perseverance, self-belief, and refusing to back down when faced with a challenge.

T.I. - ‘KILL THE KING’
Tip is back with his twelfth album. The “King Of the South” and ATL rap legend releases what’s been billed as his final album, an 18-track opus that features Usher, Dr. Dre, Organized Noize, YoungBoy Never Broke Again and more.
MAXO KREAM - ‘O.Y.N.’
Solely produced by JPEGMAFIA, the new album from Kream finds the Houston street sage is from the vantage point of an elder as filtered through the creativity of a twentysomething — and the results are inspired to say the least.
KWN - ‘AND ALL PRIDE ASIDE’
An accomplished set of tunes that proves any doubters wrong. The British R&B star follows her nine song EP with all due respect, released last July, with this statement of purpose, art and love.
SEKOU - ‘IN A WORLD WE DON’T BELONG, PT. 2’
A consistently strong listen from start to finish. The project follows In A World We Don’t Belong Pt. 1, as the British singer-songwriter has said the project is largely autobiographical, telling his story and furthering his art.
RICO LOVE - ‘97 BAD BOY’ (MIXTAPE)
He’s done so much to develop and further the voice of contemporary R&B. The Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter/producer has always been possessed of an effortless versatility, while also sustaining a streamlined, distinct sound. That sound–and this tape–highlights the breadth of his reach.
TASHA - ‘YOU ARE SPRING!’
Recorded and produced in Los Angeles with her frequent collaborator Gregory Uhlmann, the album was written on the heels of Tasha’s involvement in the Tony-nominated Broadway musical Illinoise.
MAIYA THE DON - ‘PRECIOUS CARGO’
The rapper from Brooklyn has been carving a niche and building a name with a uniquely boisterous take on Black womanhood, and she has become a movement unto herself; her new project benefits from undeniable confidence.
THA GOD FAHIM - ‘DUMP GAWD: HYPERBOLIC TIME CHAMBER RAP 3’
The project is produced by Nicholas Craven and features his signature boom-bap and the perfect sonics for the Atlanta emcee. This is grimy, raw lyricism paired with Craven's signature soulful and stripped-back production.
OMARION - ‘O2, PT. 1’
The veteran R&B star and Grammy nominee returns with his latest. The project is positioned as a sequel to his 2005 debut and finds the artist reflective, exploring themes of sacrifice, healing, and what it truly takes to sustain love through its most difficult seasons.
BIA – BIANCA (DELUXE)
The multi-platinum artist expands her debut album with this deluxe edition, adding seven new tracks and guest appearances from DJ Snake, Cash Cobain, Marshmello, Max B and Rio Da Yung OG.
