Jay Electronica and Yasiin Bey team up for a rare collabo on The Bullitts track “They Die By Dawn,” which now has an official video, cut from scenes of Jeymes Samuel‘s all-black-everything shoot ’em up of the same name. Jay Elec is the masked man stealing the show, aided and abetted by lyrical stagecoach robber and the sultry voice of Lucy Liu on the hook, in what is essentially a newer, bad-asser trailer for the flick which premiered at South By Southwest this year–and may ultimately find its way to big screens nation (or worldwide) as an expanded feature length version retitled The Notorious Nine, if we understand the mysterious ways of The Bullitts–who, as it happens, is also the evil genius behind the Great Gatsby soundtrack. Yntil then, the gun-slanging and Rosario Dawson cameos in this video act as a second teaser/trailer and sizzle reel with more sizzle than a rattlesnake smoking a cigar on a rock in the desert.
