Bonobo x Szjerdene Rock On The Suwannee River
The ever enigmatic Bonobo (Simon Green) brought his brand of organic electronica and progressive R&B back to the Suwannee River where the Bonobo Live Band first made its debut back in 2010. Joined by drummer Jack Baker on the kit, multi-instrumentalist Michael Lesirge blowing down on the sax and the heavenly vocal treatments of his now frequent collaborator Szjerdene, Green wove in and out of strict electronic compositions. While the size of the band tended to fluctuate based on what was being played, it seemed as though at one point or another Green touched every instrument on stage, cementing himself as the cornerstone for the evening.
