Flying Lotus Teases New Music in Clip from Eddie Alcazar's Upcoming Film 'Perfect'

The producer scored Alcazar's latest mind-bender.

Though it may be a bit before we hear anything in the way of a new album, Flying Lotus seems to have plenty up his sleeve.

Ahead of its May 17th release, the producer shared a clip of Perfect, a film directed by Eddie Alcazar and produced by Steven Soderbergh, which premiered at SXSW last year. The film features a score from FlyLo and is presented by his label's cinematic division, Brainfeeder Films. Alcazar and the producer previously collaborated on the 2017 short, FUCKKKYOUUU, for which FlyLo also served as composer. He's currently working on an anime series for Netflix titled Yasuke, starring Lakeith Stanfield.

And while there's still no word on when we can expect the producer's next album, teasers (for...something,) were spotted on sidewalks at this year's SXSW. Seems like we'll have to hold tight on that front.
