The newly-minted author pairs her literary debut with a choice single

Donn T returns this week with a complimentary sound to her new YA anthology, Behind The Song.

She's released a new single in "Clear" with fellow Philly flag-waver, Chill Moody, featuring production from honorary Roots crew member, Ray Angry, as well as do-it-all drummer, Daru Jones. In a press release, the Philadelphian vocalist explains that her contribution to the book was inspired Amy Winehouse's "October Song," a track that that was dedicated to the late singer's dead canary.
