Did J. Cole Taint His L.A. Leakers Freestyle With This Terrible Bill Cosby Line?

J.Cole joined the Los Angeles Leakers for an exclusive freestyle.

Fresh off the release of his Applying Pressure documentary and the news that he'd be joining the Basketball Africa League's Rwandan Patriots, J.Cole joined Los Angeles' Power 106 L.A. Leakers show for an exclusive freestyle over Souls of Mischief's classic "'93 Til Infinity" and Mike Jones' "Still Tippin." The appearance was the first time he appeared on the show since 2009. Watch the full freestyle below.

It isn't the first time Cole's touched the Souls of Mischief track, as he dropped "Til Infinity" on his breakout 2009 mixtape The Warm Up.

While most of the feedback to the more recent freestyle was positive, fans quickly reacted to one controversial line from the session. "Ain't got no time or no patience for lists they be making or who they debating is better," he raps, "let's face it, he's one of the greatest. No Bill Cosby s---t but if n----s is sleeping then f--- 'em." However clever the line may or may not be, it's easy to understand why some listeners would roll their eyes.
