The Cool Kids
As much as I’ve enjoyed the solo music of Sir Michael Rocks and Chuck Inglish over the years, this feels like the right move. Through a series of tweets last night, Chuck Inglish made a reunion of The Cool Kids official. You’ll recall about a year ago it looked like this reunion was happening until their highly anticipated Shark Week project was shelved and we were told The Cool Kids were done for good, but Chuck and Mikey are back now (and we’re promised no pump fakes this time).
Chuck and Mikey (Funds & Access) both have solo projects they’re finishing up, but from there it’ll be back to putting in work as The Cool Kids. This will be their first project since 2011’s When Fish Ride Bicycles. Read the tweets below, and let’s hope we don’t have to wait too long before their next track as a duo.
