Blood Orange singer Dev Hynes announced via Twitter today that he has lost his home and all of his possessions in a fire, which occurred while he was out. Hynes's dog Cupid, whose name inspired the titled of his Cupid Deluxe LP, was killed during the blaze. According to Hynes' announcement the fire also claimed scores, hard drives and other items related to his work as an artist and producer, ultimately cementing the loss as nothing short of catastrophic.
