Watch Kendrick Lamar Perform a Thrilling Rendition of "FEEL." at the 2018 Brit Awards
Kendrick always comes correct
Kendrick Lamar performances are appointment viewing. Case in point: what he did at the 2018 BRIT Awards a couple of moments ago.
The rapper, who took home an award for International Male Solo Artis of the year, performed a thrilling rendition of his DAMN. standout “FEEL.”
The performance was dramatic. It starts out with Kendrick laying on a giant big glass box. After teasing the song for a minute, Kendrick started rapping his verses from “FEEL.”
Afterwards, the lights turned on, and Kendrick started performing his Rich the Kid collabo “New Freezer.” While performing on the box, Rich the Kid could be seen below him destroying a Lamborghini.
While the performance was great, there were some complaints from viewers at home who felt like the majority of his performance was censored.
Kendrick Lamar singing on #BRITs tonight. Lyrics about being oppressed, and ITV mutes him because of his language. Ironic.

Why get Kendrick Lamar to perform on the #BRITs if you’re just going to mute him all the way through? 😡

Can’t really see the thought process behind getting Kendrick there and muting half of his set. Had no one given the album a listen?

They have some points.
