Listen To Alessia Cara's Stunning Cover Of Frank Ocean's "Super Rich Kids"

alessia-cara-wild-things

Alessia Cara, the Canadian signer-songwriter, made an appearance on BBC Radio 1's Annie Mac show to do a cover of Frank Ocean and Earl Sweatshirt's track “Super Rich Kids,” which was featured on 2012's Channel Orange. This isn't Cara's first cover of an Ocean song. She did an acoustic rendition of "Ivy" not too far back. Cara released her debut full length project Know-It-All last year, which was a follow-up to her debut four track EP Four Pink Walls. Cara was backed by her band who consists of drummer Adrian Passarelli, bassist Dean Jarvis, and pianist Eric Truelove. Cara and her band also performed other songs including “Scars to Your Beautiful” ( at the 3:51 mark) and “River of Tears” (at the 11:40 mark) off Cara's Know-It-All album. Scroll down to peep dates and locations to see Cara on tour. Head to the 22:00 minute mark to catch Alessia Cara sing "Super Rich Kids" below.  Yeah she does Earl's verse too.
