Beyoncé has had an extremely busy year between releasing the internet breaking and a million think piece spawning visual album, her sixth studio album, Lemonade not to mention performing at the Super Bowl, MTV Video Music Awards, and the BET Awards. Oh, and she did the forty city plus Formation World Tour too. And tonight Beyoncé linked with The Dixie Chicks to perform "Daddy Lessons" off the album Lemonade at the 50th annual Country Music Association Awards. It took place in Nashville, Tennessee. The stellar performance (all of Beyoncé's performances are stellar) was especially Texas centric as both The Dixie Chicks and Beyoncé hail from The Lone Star State. The Dixie Chicks performed a cover of "Daddy Lessons" at a show in Manchester earlier this year. Watch that video here. The award ceremony was hosted by Carrie Underwood and noted accidental racist Brad Paisley. The night's performers also include Carrie Underwood, Chris Stapleton, Kacey Musgraves, Keith Urban, Miranda Lambert, Tim McGraw, and others. Watch Beyoncé and The Dixie Chicks perform "Daddy Lessons" below. Head here or scroll down to hear the "Daddy Lessons" version with The Dixie Chicks via Beyoncé's Soundcloud. And keep your fingers crossed for a possibleDestiny's Child reunion tour.
