Uncovered Documents Show that Charlamagne Tha God’s DNA was Not Found on Accuser in 2001 Rape Case

Newly uncovered documents obtained by Bossip detail that none of Charlamagne Tha God's DNA was found on the woman who accused the personality of raping her.

This was information that was obtained from a rape kit done at the time. In 2001, Jessica Reid, who was 15 at the time, claimed that Charlamagne raped her.

The Documents say that no evidence of any semen was found inside Reid from an oral, vaginal and rectal swab. This information comes as the woman is trying to take the case to the South Carolina Supreme Court’s disciplinary counsel, claiming the prosecution improperly handled the criminal case.

It has been a turbulent time for Charlamagne. This story has resurfaced, as well as audio where he claims to have given a woman Spanish Fly, a date rape drug, when he was younger. Last week, he also had his wife call into his radio show, The Breakfast Club, to address claims that he raped her when they were younger.
