The show was an eight-episode series that took an in-depth look at hip-hop stars like Nas, T.I., A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, Rapsody, Logic, Just Blaze and more.
On Friday the soundtrack for the series was released.
The soundtrack features appearances from only rappers that appeared in the documentary. What makes the soundtrack great is the pairings; Logic has a song with 2 Chainz; T.I. raps with Rapsody; and Dave East connects with A Boogie Wit da Hoodie. On the production side, Just Blaze comes through for the opening track, "Let Me Work" from G-Eazy.
