Back in 1994, Nas celebrated the 20 year anniversary of his brilliant debut album Illmatic by performing the album in full at the Kennedy Center. The rapper was backed by the National Symphony Orchestra.

It was an extraordinary performance. So extraordinary that PBS aired the entire performance in full. Now, on the 24 year anniversary of Illmatic, Nas has released the performance as an album.
